In addition to the Terms and Conditions of Site Use, the following additional terms apply to the access and use of the proactive notifications application:
(1) You agree that you may only request proactive notifications for a shipment for which you are the Customer (as that term is defined in Purolator’s Terms and Conditions of Service);
(2) If you are providing Purolator with personal information relating to an individual other than yourself, you acknowledge that you have obtained that individual’s consent to Purolator’s collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of proactively notifying them of: (a) shipping exceptions, and (b) delivery; and
(3) Purolator accepts no responsibility for any reliance placed on the use of the proactive notifications application.
